PEMall.my (“we”) respects your privacy.
What we collect
- Account details (name, email, phone) when you register
- Order and shipping details for fulfilment
- Optional analytics cookies if you accept analytics
How we use data
- Process orders and warranties
- Provide customer support
- Improve the storefront (only with analytics consent)
- With analytics consent, save anonymous Quick Order progress (steps, postcode/state if entered, selected products) to understand drop-off and improve recommendations. We do not store raw IP addresses for this purpose. Anonymous drafts are retained for up to 90 days, then removed or anonymised. After you sign in, the draft can be linked to your account.
