Shipping
We ship within Malaysia using PosLaju, SkyNet, Shopee Express, or J&T. Fees are calculated from your postcode zone and parcel weight (PosLaju-style rate cards). Delivery ETA is shown at checkout.
Tracking
After dispatch you can track the parcel from My account → order detail.
Returns
Unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Submit a return request from the order page. Energizers and custom-cut wire may have limited return eligibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed manually against your original payment method after inspection. Partial refunds may apply when only some items are accepted.
Damaged goods
Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for damaged shipments.
