The StarForce SE14 is a compact 1.4 Joule electric fence energizer designed for farms, orchards, plantations and livestock fencing. Delivering up to 11–12kV output voltage, it provides reliable high-voltage pulses to help keep animals within designated areas or deter unwanted animals from entering protected land.

With support for AC power, 12V battery and solar power systems, the SE14 is especially suitable for agricultural locations where a flexible and energy-efficient power solution is required.

11–12kV High Voltage Output Generates high-voltage pulses designed specifically for electric animal fencing.

Recommended Fence Length ≤3km The energizer has a stated working length of up to 8,000m, with the manufacturer recommending 3,000m or below. Actual usable fence length will depend on installation conditions such as vegetation, grounding, wire resistance and electrical leakage.

Low Power Consumption Consumes no more than 2.16W / 180mA at DC12V, making it practical for battery and solar-powered installations.

When input voltage drops to , the energizer provides a low-battery warning and automatically enters a slower energy mode to help preserve the remaining battery power.
