Quick start
- 1Press RESET four times to unlock
- 2Set the current weekday and time
- 3Program each required ring event
- 4Choose the weekday pattern
- 5Set the ring duration
Unlock the controls, set the clock, program up to 28 ring events, choose the active days and return the timer to AUTO mode.
When the lock symbol is visible, every setting button is disabled. This prevents accidental changes to a school or factory bell schedule.
RESET has two functions
Four presses unlock the keypad. One press while viewing a programmed event clears that selected event, so unlock before entering the event screens.
Set the live clock before creating ring events. No CLOCK-button hold is required on this timer.
The timer stores up to 28 programmed ring events, shown as 1 ON, 2 ON and onward through 28 ON.

Press TIMER repeatedly to move through the programmed events. Stop at the event you want to inspect or remove.
Use --:-- to confirm an event is cleared
Do not use 00:00 as a substitute; midnight is a valid time and may still activate the output.
Ring duration controls how long the output remains active. The range is 1–59 seconds and the default is 10 seconds.
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| HOUR | Increase |
| MINUTE | Decrease |
| Default | 10 seconds |
Leave the timer in AUTO for programmed events. ON and OFF are temporary manual states.
| Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| AUTO | Runs the saved ring schedule. |
| ON | Forces the output on for a temporary manual ring. |
| OFF | Forces the output off and prevents programmed ringing. |
Manual ring
The timer is installed between the AC supply and the bell. The input powers the timer; the switched output supplies the bell during an event.
Mains wiring requires a qualified electrician
Disconnect and isolate the AC supply before touching terminals. Tighten screws securely and use correctly rated cable, protection and switching equipment.
KG3022D timer = when the output activates. LC-308S USB music bell = which MP3 plays. Test both manuals together before daily use — see the LC-308S manual.
Never connect this AC 220 V timer to AC 380 V
Confirm the voltage shown on the supplied unit before installation.
The timer auto-locks after 30 seconds. Check for the lock symbol and press RESET four times.
Confirm AUTO mode, current time, event time, weekday pattern and ring duration.
Review the WEEK pattern saved for that event.
Correct the live clock, then review the event hour and minute.
Display it with TIMER, press RESET and confirm that --:-- appears.
Review all 28 event positions for an unused event that was not cleared.
Check the output wiring, bell supply, USB drive, volume and LC-308S operation.
